Mary dressed in red before we leave for Lawrence. What a night! Our beloved hawks pulled off a miracle and beat Memphis for the National Champion title and we are off to Lawrence to help celebrate with perhaps 40,000 of our closests friends! It's a cold and rainy day here but we've decided to make the trip West to witness history in welcoming the team back home! The boys already think that they are going to get some autographs, not sure why they think that but perhaps they'll realize that pictures will probably be all that we get, we'll definitely bring the camera.
I took some photos of the kiddos decked in the KU gear (notice, we don't really have much of that but we tried our best!)

We sure know how to keep basketball national championships in the family! My gators now jayhawks!
